This year is the first year that SHS baseball had to move Stotan to after school twice in one week, let alone twice in a row. On Tuesday, Stotan participants went through a circuit of different floor drills, which they had to complete seven times– the team does most things in sevens because it takes seven games to win the state title. The circuit consisted of ski jumps, squat walks with medicine balls and different speed development drills. The drills mostly consisted of sprinting, backpedaling and shuffling.

After this circuit, the participants had what the coaches called the Stotan 500, where the teams raced by bear crawling with a towel on their hands.
