The Journal Rewired

Julia Brookshire
Hello, I’m Julia, a junior at SHS and a news writer. This will be my first year on staff, and I am looking forward to writing! At SHS I participate in Cardinal Cadre and a number of AP classes. I work very hard to keep up with all of my work. I do not participate in any sports at school, but I am a dancer at Tippy Toes School of Dance and am a soloist in the Indianapolis Youth Ballet Company. As for dance, I focus on training in ballet, pointe and tap. I have been dancing for 16 years, six of which being on pointe. Whenever I am not at school or at my dance studio, I can be found studying, doing homework, sleeping or spending time with friends and family. I aspire to be a girl after God’s own heart and praise him for all the many blessings that He has given me.
