Monday, September 25 – The first spirit day of the week is pajama day. In sports, both Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer will be competing in their county games. They are not at home.

Tuesday, September 26 – The second spirit day will be twin day. The powder puff game will take place at Cardinal Stadium.

Wednesday, September 27 – The third spirit day will be class color day. Dress up as the same designated color as your class. In sports, Boys and Girls Varsity Soccer will have their county game. Boys Varsity Tennis will have their sectional game here at Southport.

Thursday, September 28 – In honor of Homecoming’s theme, the fourth spirit day will be Circus day. All homecoming parade floats will be judged and there will be a pregame corn-hole. In sports Boys Varsity Tennis will have their sectional game here at Southport.

Friday, September 29 – Show your off your school spirit by wearing red for “Untamed Red Day.” The Homecoming parade will start at 5:30 p.m. The parade will have the homecoming court, clubs, sports and class floats in it. In sports Boys Varsity Tennis will have their Sectional Finals here at Southport and Boys Varsity Football will face Terre Haute South at Cardinal Stadium at 7 p.m.

Saturday, September 30 – The circus themed Homecoming dance will start at 8 p.m. The Boys Varsity Tennis Team will have a game at SHS along with the Girls Varsity Volleyball Team. Hathaway Running South will also take place from 7:30 to 11:30 a.m. It is an event open for all ages at SHS. All proceeds go to PTEF (Perry Township Education Foundation). Hathaway used to be a Coach for Track and Cross Country for 44 years in Perry Township.
