How can I get a contract?
-Download and fill out the ad contract linked above. After filling it out, email it to the business manager for further contact.

Will I see my ad before it runs?
-Yes. Ad proofs will be emailed by the business manager before they run.

Can I send my ad to you as e-mail?
-Yes. Send in an e-mail to [email protected]. The business manager uses Adobe InDesign to create ads, so the best formats are JPEG or PDF files.

When is the deadline for submitting my ad?
-Email us! If you email us asking about advertising with us for a certain issue, our business manager can let you know the ad sales deadline for that issue.

What are the different ways that I can send advertisement information?
-You may submit an e-mail ad as a PDF or JPEG file or have the business manager design your ad.
