There is some “disturbance” at SHS because of the lack fundraisers. According to assistant principal Jaymie Spoon, it’s required that 27 fundraisers must be going on during the school year.

“We used all the money on athletics,” Spoon said. “We don’t have money for anything else.”

Students that are involved in extracurriculars must be raising money at all times according to new guidelines set by the board of education. The board of education states that if any student doesn’t sell the required 20 items per fundraiser they must be shunned by other students.
