Recipe: BLTA sandwhich
Ingredients: bacon, spring mix, tomato, avocado, herb mayo, and country white bread
Directions: Place two pieces of country white bread into the toaster for two minutes. While that is toasting, cook two pieces of bacon in the microwave, you can also cook bacon on stove top if preferred. Once the bread has been toasted, spread herb mayo on one piece of the toast. On the other piece, place the spring mix greens, bacon, tomato and sliced avocado. Place the piece of bread with herb mayo on top of the other piece and enjoy.
