Coach Brandon Winters has been coaching football for 12 seasons. Winters, who was a long time defensive coordinator, is now in his first season as a varsity head coach. WInters says he is excited for coaching and has not changed much. Winters has spent all of his years coaching here at SHS. One of the members of the football team Winters will be coaching is sophomore quarterback Eddie Schott. Schott is excited to be able to start on varsity as a sophomore but is nervous to be playing in such a big level. Schott has some big shoes to fill because three year starting quarterback Luke Johnston graduated last year. Winters is ready for the season to start and he hopes to have a great team and a great season.
