The Lids Foundation has awarded Indianapolis’ Nine13sports $125,000, since they were the winners of the “Tip the Hat Award” contest. This contest was geared toward nonprofit organizations that promote health and wellness. Since one of Nine13sports biggest goals is to promote overall health and fitness in 5 to 18 year olds, winning this contest allowed them to do just that.

The organization reaches out to schools with a Kids Riding Bike program and now, they will be able to take in 10,000 more kids to exercise on stationary bikes and to learn how to bike in Indianapolis throughout this upcoming year.
