Recording himself on Facebook Live, Steve Stephens claimed to have killed up to 12 people without proof. In another, he recorded the killing of 74 year old Robert Godwin Sr. in Cleveland, Ohio with no apparent motive, and was being searched for in nearby states.

“(Godwin Sr. would) give you the shirt off his back,” Robert Godwin Jr. said to WOIO, a Cleveland television station. “I don’t know what I’m going to do.”

Cleveland Police Department Chief Calvin Williams says there was “no doubt he (was) armed,” after finding weapons in his past residences. After being chased by police, Stephens shot himself and the search ended.
