Hi, I am Josiah Veen. I am currently the editor of the Photos Section, and this is my second year on staff. Last year, I was a Sports Writer. I am excited for this year on The Journal.  Other than The Journal, I play lacrosse for the school, and I act in theatre. I am going into my third year on the lacrosse team where I play defense. Outside of school, I play soccer. My favorite teams to root for are the Indianapolis Colts, and the Waterdogs of the premier lacrosse league. I have two older siblings who have graduated already. I have two cats who are named Popeye and Phineas. In my free time, I play basketball in my driveway and I enjoy watching movies and TV shows. My favorite movie is either Forrest Gump or Remember The Titans. My favorite tv show is Brooklyn Nine-Nine. I also like playing Madden. I really like listening to music. I don’t have any favorite artists, but I like listening to country music. After high school, I plan to become a firefighter and a zookeeper. I am very excited for this upcoming year on The Journal!
