The moment the crispy kale and tangy taste of caesar hits your mouth, the flavor is the closest thing to perfection. This kale caesar pasta salad is the ultimate choice for a quick, tasty and vegan-friendly dish. This meal pairs a delicious and addictive combination of salty greens and savoury pasta!
Ingredients:
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- Garlic clove
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- ¼ teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 tablespoons water
- 8 oz box of pasta swirls
- 1 bunch of kale
- ⅓ cup of greek dressing
Recipe:
- Add pasta to boiling water and cook for 12 minutes.
- While the pasta is cooking, grab a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 4 tablespoons of lemon juice and 4 tablespoons of water. Mix well.
- In the same bowl, add 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, ¼ teaspoon of pepper, ¼ teaspoon of red pepper flakes and 1 tablespoon of dijon mustard.
- Peel and mince the garlic. Then, add it to the bowl. Slowly mix all of the ingredients in the bowl.
- Chop one bunch of kale into small pieces.
- Strain the pasta. Then, combine the kale and the pasta. Mix them together.
- Add the caesar dressing mixture from the bowl and mix.
- Add ⅓ cup of greek dressing for additional flavoring and mix well.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and salt on top. One can enjoy the meal with an ice-cold coke!
