Midland Arts and Antiques Gallery

Past East Vermont Street and cash and Carry Paper Co. in the center of Downtown Indianapolis, a large red brick building stands among a crackled parking lot with broken patches of cement and overgrown greenery. Although the outdated exterior may turn some away, what can be found inside this mysterious building, just past the green and white “OPEN” sign, is what is truly special. Whether one is looking for jewelry, luggage, records or clothing, all can be found at Midland Arts and Antiques. All of the following photos were taken on Sunday April 6 inside Midland Arts and Antiques and showcase just some of the unique items this antique mall has to offer. Midland Arts and Antiques has been open for 16 years and has over 200 independent vendors that help fill the large space many antique items call home until they are purchased.
