As my last year at Southport comes to an end, I’ve realized all of the wonderful things I’ve been able to learn and do over the past three years.’
Being an early grad student isn’t easy. It means having to work harder in order to accomplish everything I need to be able to walk across the stage. It also means having to say goodbye to all my fellow friends who I won’t be seeing or graduating with next year.
I’ve managed to cherish my last moments with each and every one of my friends and teachers. My time here has moved faster and faster by the second. Next thing you’ll know, I’ll be somewhere else completing my goals.
I would like to appreciate Mr.K for always being there for me and encouraging me to join The Journal. I’ve had many great memories from that class. I would like to appreciate Mrs.Walpole for always being so very nice and understanding.
I would like to appreciate Mr. Mitchell, or who me and my friends like to call, baby Mitchell, for being very kind and helping me back in freshman year and for always waving at me in the hallways whenever we see each other.
I would also like to appreciate Mr. Lewis and Mr. Turner because they are both amazing and always have me laughing, along with brightening my mood every day when I walk into study hall.
With that being said, thank you to everyone who’s always been there for me and has seen me grow since day one. And now I move on to my next chapter in life.
