Rin Diki

Rin Diki, Reporter

Hello! My name is Rin Diki and I’m a sophomore at SHS. This is my first year as a Culture Reporter for The Journal. Unfortunately, due to scheduling complications, I will not be an official member of The Journal but I will still be writing for every issue and attending production nights. I’m not the most outgoing person but I’m friendly if given the chance. I love all things involving decoration and aesthetics because I’m a big interior design junky. As I’m normally busy with school and extracurricular activities, I like to spend my free time relaxing as much as I can through music, self-care and sleep. My favorite shows to binge are “Criminal Minds,” “Food Wars” and nature documentaries. My pride and joy are my two parrotlets, named Rio and Bink. I am also a part of the school yearbook so I’m excited to see how I can apply my knowledge and use it in both classes. I don’t normally go out of my way to interact with people so interviewing will be a fun challenge for me. I hope to contribute as much as I can to The Journal. I look forward to working with everyone.
