Jordyn Doty, Arts & Entertainment Reporter
Hello! I’m Jordyn, this is my first year on The Journal and my first year being an Arts and Entertainment Reporter. I am so excited to join this family on The Journal! This is such an amazing opportunity to be able to show something that I am passionate about while being a sophomore. When I’m not doing things with the amazing Journal family, I’m either at rehearsal for the musical or practicing my dances for show choir. More on that, I love singing and dancing, they are some of my favorite things ever. But I also know how to play the piano, and it is one of my favorite things to pass time when not dancing and singing. For my personality, I’m very hard working and friendly, and I always try to help and make sure people understand even when it’s not asked of me. When I have the desire for something, I work as hard as I can to get to that, and that’s one of the traits that I love about myself. I never settle for anything. Anyways, back to The Journal, I am excited and overjoyed to be a part of this family and see all of the amazing things I, and the rest of The Journal can come up with this year, to grow and learn from each other!
