Riley Hyatt, Editor-in-Chief

Lover of Tinker Bell, sushi and “that’s what she said” jokes, my name is Riley Hyatt and somehow I’ve been awarded the pleasantry of being the Editor-in-Chief of The Journal for the 2016-2017 school year. Most of my time is occupied by watching documentaries, annoying my parents with useless facts and movie trivia and correcting people when they fail to use the comma of direct address. Throughout the past three years of high school, I’ve been involved in things such as Cheerleading, NHS, Orchestra and Theater, but journalism and room 400 is where I’ve truly found my home. I like to think that I’m funny but I’m pretty sure I just use sarcasm that no one understands. That is all.
