The Journal Rewired

December Tling

December Tling, Reporter

Hallo alle! My name is December Tling and I am a sophomore at SHS. Yes, I was born in December. I am a first time Features Reporter on The Journal. I like to watch shows in my free time, like the “Umbrella Academy” and anime shows, like “Haikyuu!” Fanfictions and manga are always fun to read, and I try to read them whenever I can. I am also an artist and I am currently working on improving my realistic style, but I usually draw in anime style. I am a musician, a flutist to be exact, in both marching and concert bands, and I like to listen to EDM and pop genres of music and artists like Marshmello and Sia. Though, I don’t mind listening to other genres of music. I dance for a team in an afterschool program, and I love to make new friends and interact with people and learn about their culture and traditions. It’s always a fascinating topic to talk about! I am very excited for this year, despite COVID-19, but God will always provide a way. I hope you will enjoy my work. You can contact and follow me on Instagram @meriiteu.
