The Journal Rewired

Rae Updike

Rae Updike , Reporter

My name is Raewyn Updike, but I go by Rae. This year on The Journal staff will be my third, and last. While bittersweet, I am excited to complete my tasks as the social media guru, puzzles goddess and dabbler in entertainment writing. Throughout the past three years here at SHS, I have been involved in soccer, tennis, student council, Riley Dance Marathon, orchestra, National Honors Society, theater and turning room 400 into my second home. The things that I do in my spare time if you are interested, are ice skating, which I do competitively, keeping up with my homies over snapchat, loving my pit-bull lab mix of a canine and a wide variety of tv series and movies. If you ever want to get a conversation going with me, or get to know me, a great way to break the ice is to bring up your dog, pictures included. Let’s hope this year goes well, third time's the charm!
